Evelyn and Chad Ochocinco have been spotted tweeting one another after her recent birthday. Chad wished Evelyn a happy birthday and noted that he missed her. The two of them exchange many tweets. Evelyn told a source that everyone deserves a second chance. However, Evelyn still wants to know why did Chad cheat. The twosome recently went to a Miami court house for the order of protection that was filed behind their domestic violence dispute. The order of protection has been removed as requested by Evelyn.

My question is why do all men cheat? Do you guys think that Evelyn will give Chad a second chance?
